Salute to America Cancellation Policy

Rarely, a performance may be canceled due to severe weather / ground conditions (lightening, flooding, or other un-safe circumstances). In the case of a cancellation, exchanges will not be possible due to limited capacities for each performance. Refunds will not be issued, but you will be given a rain voucher.

Note: 2008 rain vouchers CAN NOT be redeemed for Salute to America Performances in 2009.

Customers holding valid rain vouchers may redeem their original ticket stubs for one of the following options as follows:

OPTION 1:
Salute to America ticket stub may be redeemed at the DSO Box Office for one free admission in the balcony to any Classical, Pops or Jazz, regular subscription concert from September 24, 2009 through November 29, 2009.

Or redeem ticket stub for one free admission to the DSO Young People's Concert in September.

OPTION 2:
Redeem original Salute to America ticket stub for a one-day Museum/Village combo admission (a $32 value). Admission provides a one-day access to Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village. Present to any cashier upon entry. Not valid for special events requiring additional admission.
