Who cares? This is a special occasion. And if you’ll forgive us for bragging, we think our Holiday Breakfast is the best there is. Imagine this: thick Michigan maple syrup drizzled over pancakes chock-full of plump blueberries; a steaming quiche packed with piquant smoked ham; Greenfield Village’s own Cherry Chicken Sausage. We do the preparation. All you have to do is pick it up and add a few finishing touches at home. But make sure you order it now. This is a once-a-year, holidays-only offering.

Holiday Dinner
Ever notice how holiday dinners play such an important part in novels and movies? That’s because they are one-of-a-kind occasions: joyful, emotional, sometimes poignant. It’s when we share the very best with one another. That’s what we kept in mind as we put together the menu of our Holiday Dinner. It wouldn’t be enough to have a cranberry relish. It had to be hearty enough for a Michigan winter and tasty enough that even someone who doesn’t like cranberry relish would ask for a second serving. Every part of this scrumptious meal is like that, right down to the plump wood-roasted turkey, pasture-raised for us on a small farm in nearby Washtenaw County, Michigan. We do the preparation. We do the cooking. All you do is heat it up at home.
