Our Chef Your Kitchen

Meet Nick Seccia, The Henry Ford’s executive chef. His job demands are that of an all-around culinary master, capable of everything from masterminding unforgettable banquets to boiling the sweet corn at our Ragtime Street Fair. Nick is something of a food activist, as well. He is committed to working with local farmers, food producers and distributors. It’s a concept he’s eager to share with anyone he meets. And that could be you! Periodically, Nick prepares sumptuous meals in other people’s kitchens. You pick the menu, then Nick prepares a memorable dining experience for you and your guests — in your own home! There are three options: a sit-down dinner, a cocktail party or, if you really want the full treatment, a New Year’s Eve soirée.
