Drinks x Design: Mathematica
For the month of November, Drinks x Design is partnering with The Henry Ford to celebrate the opening of our latest permanent exhibit in Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation, Mathematica, an exhibition conceptualized, designed and realized by Charles and Ray Eames in 1961.
The exhibit conveys the world of numbers through interactivity and offers unique, educational and entertaining elements that incorporate science, technology, engineering and mathematic (STEM) platforms while showcasing the importance of math in the design industry.
Join us for an exclusive evening of mixing, mingling and connectivity.
Held in a new location on the second Thursday of every month, Drinks x Design offers an opportunity for creative businesses throughout the city to open their doors and share their work with the public. Attendees come to meet new people, make connections, promote their creative endeavors and learn about other projects in their community.
Drinks x Design is a program presented by The Detroit Creative Corridor Center. The DC3 is an economic development organization with a targeted purpose: providing support to Detroit's creative industries in the form of resources, exposure and advocacy in order to grow Detroit's creative economy and recognize Detroit as a global center for design.
