- Corridor, Henry Ford Museum, 1928 - One of a series of views of the Museum as built, this black and white drawing shows a long corridor which runs along the front of the Museum. Known as the Promenade, this marble floored space contains walls with large display cases and elaborate plaster work. During the 20th century, much of the decorative arts collections were displayed here.

One of a series of views of the Museum as built, this black and white drawing shows a long corridor which runs along the front of the Museum. - Henry Ford Museum, circa 1933 - Irving Bacon, a Ford Motor Company employee and Henry Ford's personal artist, created pen-and-ink drawings to illustrate guidebooks for the Edison Institute Museum and Greenfield Village (now The Henry Ford) when they officially opened to the public in 1933. An illustrated souvenir guidebook helped visitors navigate the exhibits and grounds. Ford also used these drawings in other company publications.
