- Massachusetts Charitable Mechanic Association Medal Awarded to "Jeffers & Hill for Recumbent Chair," 1856 - Nineteenth-century mechanics' societies and business associations promoted technological ingenuity by sponsoring fairs and competitions. Officials awarded medals, certificates, and other premiums to exhibitors whose products were deemed worthy of merit. The Massachusetts Charitable Mechanic Association presented this medal to the firm of Jeffers and Hill for a "recumbent chair."

- William Henry Harrison Campaign Medal, 1840 - William Henry Harrison gained national fame in 1811 when he defeated a band of Native Americans at Tippecanoe near present-day Lafayette, Indiana. Though Harrison retired from the army in 1814, most Americans remembered his military service. When he ran for president in 1840, campaign slogans, songs and materials, such as this coin, constantly referred to Harrison as Tippecanoe.

Potter Jr. & Co. for Their Cylinder Printing Press, 1873 - Between 1870 and 1888 Cincinnati businessmen backed a series of fairs to promote their city. Exhibitors to these Cincinnati Industrial Expositions displayed inventions, artwork, and manufactured goods. Officials awarded medals and other premiums to participants whose products illustrated important cultural or technological contributions. C. Potter and Company received this medal for its printing press.
