- Mission Bell 250 Trans Am, Riverside, California, September 1968 - American driver Peter Revson started in 30 Formula One races from 1964 to 1974. He earned eight podium finishes, including victories at the British Grand Prix and the Canadian Grand Prix in 1973. Revson also raced five times in the Indianapolis 500, finishing second in 1971. He died in a crash while testing before the 1974 South African Grand Prix.
