The Henry Ford’s Innovation Nation Teacher Innovator Awards, presented by Raytheon Technologies Recognizes America’s Most Inspiring Educators


(Dearborn, Mich. – Aug 18, 2022) – Now more than ever, teachers are finding ways to inspire outside of the classroom. Today, The Henry Ford is proud to announce the educators from across the country who have gone above and beyond for their students as part of The Henry Ford’s Innovation Nation Teacher Innovator Awards, presented by Raytheon Technologies.

Winners were selected based on their original and creative approach to teaching, their demonstrated resourcefulness and the positive impact they have made. Student engagement, learning goals, and evidence achieving those goals were also taken in consideration.

Grand Prize winners received a week-long “Innovation Immersion Experience at The Henry Ford in Dearborn, Mich., that took place July 25-29. The experience included roundtrip airfare, accommodations, behind-the-scenes tours with curators and workshops with The Henry Ford’s Learning & Engagement staff. Winners also received a $1,500 gift card, classroom resources, and a 1-year premium membership to The Henry Ford’s inHub.
