Local Roots Fall Evening Dining
November 6, 2015 (Cash Bar - 6:30pm, Dinner - 7pm) in Lovett Hall
Fall Cooking with The Henry Ford
Come and experience an up-close-and-personal cooking lesson with the renowned culinary team of The Henry Ford. They will walk you through the process of how we take local ingredients and create beautiful, tasty meals. A full five-course meal based on the fall dishes shown will be served.

Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres service will start promptly upon your arrival beginning at 6:30pm in Lovett Hall. Dinner service will start promptly at 7pm. Guests 21 and older will be given 2 drink tickets to use at the bar. Coffee, water and nonalcoholic beverages will be provided. Full cash bar available. Spring dining tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Menu
Because of the seasonal nature of our Local Roots dinners, the menu comes together in a flourish closer to the event. We’ve set the theme, and we’re working hard to develop terrific food and beverage pairings that feature the best our local farmers and food vendors have to offer. We’ll post the menu online about two months before the event. That way, we can ensure that our seasonal ingredients are the freshest they can be.
