  1. Step 1: Choose your film from a list of great new films and classic educator favorites. The following list is available for reservations beginning Monday, February 6 through Friday, June 16.

    Pre-school Selections

Looking for shorter films with content appropriate for little ones? These titles run between 20-45 minutes and are geared for young students.

    History, Culture & Travel

Natural History, Earth Science & Environmental Conservation

  2. Step 2: Choose from two convenient weekday morning showtimes:

    • Session A: 10am
    • Session B: 11:10am
  3. Step 3: Now you can book your customized Giant Screen Experience by contacting The Henry Ford Call Center at 313-982-6001. Press 1 for a group reservation specialist.

  4. Step 4: Is your choice already booked by someone else? Not a problem! You may join any session, any show, as long as there are seats left in the theater.

Sensory Friendly Screening Option

With a Sensory Friendly Screening, the lights are turned up, the sound is turned down, and the film is shown in 2D to create a more comfortable, enjoyable experience for people with autism and other sensory issues/special needs. This creates an environment of flexibility and acceptance for anyone unable to sit down for the entire film. Sensory Friendly Screenings are scheduled on the third Thursday of each month from October through June.

Curriculum Tie-Ins

The films shown at our theater can be an important supplement to your classroom teaching. To make your teaching experience easier and richer, we provide teacher guides and curriculum alignments. See the Resource Bank for a complete list of educational resources.
