Special Event at Greenfield Village®

  • October 6-9, 13-16, 20-23, 27-30
  • Time: 6-7:30 p.m.; 8-9:30 p.m.
  • Location: Eagle Tavern

Step into a 19th-century fall evening in Eagle Tavern for a candlelit harvest supper, vigorous music and classic parlor games.

Outside, it's ghoulies and ghosties, but inside the famed Eagle Tavern, it’s an evening of traditional harvest feasting. Fill your plate with the tastes of the season amid spooky stories, fortune-telling, music and surprises.

In addition to your candlelit supper, stroll through Hallowe’en in Greenfield Village at moonlight and revel at elaborately costumed characters, dramatic vignettes, storybook characters, illuminated jack-o’-lantern paths and more. Before dinner, embark on a spooktacular ride aboard the Hallowe’en Express for a ghoulish and surprising journey through Greenfield Village.

Family-style dinner includes squash soup (VE, GF), roasted chicken (DF, GF), smoked pork loin (DF, GF), carrots, parsnips and turnips (VG, DF, GV), sausage stuffing, stewed Apples (DF, GF), pumpkin pie (VE) and assorted breads and jam (VE). Additional vegan and gluten-free menu items are available upon request in the online purchase process.

To prioritize the safety of our guests and offset staffing concerns, Eagle Tavern Harvest Supper tickets can only be sold to individual groups of 6-9 guests per table in 2022. For parties larger than 9, we recommend splitting into groups ranging from 6-9 guests per table to accommodate the table layout. Traditionally, Eagle Tavern Harvest Supper has been served family-style with multiple parties seated at the same large table. To prevent the spread of COVID-19, we feel it is necessary to limit intimate seating and food-sharing between parties for the comfort of everyone involved. Due to staffing levels, we are unable to serve a non-family-style meal.

We apologize for any inconvenience and invite you to enjoy Eagle Tavern Harvest Supper with your family and friends or experience the many other dining options Hallowe’en in Greenfield Village has to offer. We hope to be able to accommodate smaller parties for future events.
