Free admission for active-duty military personnel, veterans and their families.
On Veterans Day, November 11, join us to honor and pay tribute to those military members, living and deceased, who have served our country in war and peace.
As a small token of our appreciation, The Henry Ford invites all active-duty military personnel, veterans and their families* to a complimentary day at Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation and Greenfield Village.
Simply present your military ID at the Welcome Center when you arrive.
*Limit six guests per party. Must present proof of military service upon entry to redeem. Not valid with any other offers.
Featured Onsite Events and Programs
| Free Tour: Artifacts of the World Wars | Many familiar objects in Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation have connections to either World War I or World War II. Over Veterans Day weekend, take this brief tour and consider the influence of these wars on housing, manufacturing and transportation. Tour begins in the Museum Plaza. Friday, November 11: 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 12, and Sunday, November 13: 1:00 p.m.

| Activity: Make a Holiday Card for the Troops | Join our friends from Citizens to create a holiday card for active-duty military, veterans and their families. Cards will be collected and sent in partnership with the Holiday Card for the Military Challenge. Located in the museum’s Intersection of Innovation. Friday, November 11: 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. |
