(Dearborn, Mich. — March 4, 2026) — The Henry Ford will commemorate Women's History Month with Celebrate Women's History, a month-long celebration highlighting the innovations and impact of women in American history.

This year's programming for Women's History Month, explores the achievements of women throughout American history. Programming includes Herstory: Celebrating Women's History, a 30-minute tour celebrating the remarkable women who shaped history, and “What Emma Wrote: The Woman Behind the Words on the Statue of Liberty,” where guests can take a poetic journey following the biography of the woman who wrote the now-famous poem seen on the pedestal of the Statue of Liberty.

Our popular series, THF Author Talks features New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Victoria Christopher Murray, Saturday, March 28, in the Anderson Theater at 2:00 p.m. This author talk will discuss Ms. Murray's newest work of historical fiction, Harlem Rhapsody, a powerful book that brings to life the people, ideas and cultural momentum, shaping one of the most influential movements in American history — the Harlem Renaissance. The program will be moderated by Dr. Valerie Prince, award-winning author and professor of African American Studies at Wayne State University.

Following the conversation, guests can participate in a brief Q&A and a book-signing reception, with the opportunity to purchase copies from a wide-variety of Ms. Murray's books.
