- "A Practical Workshop in Cultural Literacy: Americans and Germans Working Together," 1998 - When the German company DaimlerBenz merged with Chrysler in 1998, employees had to negotiate the culture clash. This manual, produced for Chrysler employees, gave American engineers tools for understanding their German colleagues' communication and work styles, complete with a list of common misunderstandings and how to address them.
