- Stark Hickey Ford Dealership, 8461 Grand River, Detroit, Michigan, 1935 - Ford Motor Company inaugurated a system of competing dealership franchises in 1914. Dealers sold Ford vehicles, offered repair services, and stocked spare parts and automobile accessories. By the 1930s, many dealerships had spacious showrooms where customers could inspect the latest models. Advertisements and vehicle literature were available and a helpful salesman was always nearby.

- Folder of Ford Mustang Photos, 1962-1965 - Ford Motor Company unveiled the 1965 Mustang on April 17, 1964, at the New York World's Fair. The exciting new car was a highlight of the Ford Pavilion, where the automaker displayed its latest models. Martin Luther King, Jr., Walt Disney and Charlton Heston were among the millions of visitors who streamed through the pavilion before the fair closed in 1965.

- Airship "Graf Zeppelin" Arriving at Lakehurst, New Jersey Naval Hangar, August 4, 1929 - Launched in 1928, Germany's <em>Graf Zeppelin</em> was the most successful of the passenger airships that provided intercontinental service during the 1930s. It made 590 flights and traveled more than a million miles in its nine-year career. Despite its exemplary safety record, <em>Graf Zeppelin</em> was retired following the loss of the airship <em>Hindenburg</em> in 1937.
