- Prest-O-Lite Folding Ruler, 1910-1920 - Formed in 1904, the Prest-O-Lite Company of Indianapolis manufactured automobile headlamps fueled by acetylene gas. The gas was supplied from a reusable tank mounted on a car's running board. Prest-O-Tire, advertised on this folding ruler, was another of the company's products. It consisted of a canister of compressed carbonic gas that could quickly inflate a tire.
