- Burger Chef Star Wars Land Speeder Funmeal Box, 1978 - Children's meals are a staple at fast food restaurants. While the McDonald's Happy Meal might be the best-known, the Burger Chef Funmeal came first. Burger Chef scored a major coup in 1978 when it acquired rights to make kids' meals based on <em>Star Wars</em>. Seven meal trays were issued in the promotion, each with a different movie-related activity.

Americans enjoyed and often saved the vibrant little advertisements found in product packages or distributed by local merchants. Many survive as historical records of commercialism in the United States.
