- 2002 Ford Ranger FX4 Truck, Used In the Rescue & Recovery Efforts after the World Trade Center Attacks of 11 September 2001 - This is one of 15 pickups loaned to the New York-New Jersey Port Authority after September 11, 2001. The attack destroyed many of the Port Authority's vehicles. Ford Motor Company's Edison, New Jersey, plant had just finished 15 pre-production prototypes of the Ranger FX4, a heavy-duty, four-wheel-drive truck with special off-road equipment. It provided the trucks to the Port Authority.
