- Passenger List for White Star Line SS Doric, Sailing From New York February 8, 1928 - White Star Line launched SS <em>Doric</em> in 1922. The 601-foot-long ocean liner was intended to serve Canada, and it sailed between Liverpool, England, and the Canadian ports of Quebec and Montreal for almost ten years. <em>Doric</em> collided with another ship in 1935. There were no casualties among the passengers or crew, but the liner itself was damaged beyond repair.
