- Camay Soap, Complimentary Size, from American Airlines, 1970-1979 - American Airlines was formed by a merger of several smaller carriers in 1930. Six years later, it became the first airline to operate the revolutionary Douglas DC-3. American Airlines began service to Europe after World War II and introduced its first transcontinental jets in 1959. By the 21st century, American Airlines served over 170 destinations in more than 40 countries.

Mitchell's firm produced multiple spacecraft design concepts for aerospace conglomerate Rockwell International. The renderings included proposals for various civil, military and research spacecraft.

The vertical-bar grille wrapped farther around the hood sides, and horns on DeLuxe models were set behind screens in the front fenders. New hood side louvers and front vents provided better engine cooling. The standard two-door sedan started at $520. Calendar year production totaled 791,812 units.
