- International Cup Trophy Won by Frank Kulick Driving a Ford, 1904 - Frank Kulick was one of Ford Motor Company's first employees and, for nine years, Ford's top factory racing driver. From 1904 to 1913, Kulick won trophies, admiration and -- most importantly -- publicity by racing Ford-powered cars throughout the United States. A serious crash in 1907 left Kulick with a lifelong limp, but it didn't discourage him from racing.

- Atlantic City Automobile Club Trophy Won by Charles Bacharach Driving a Packard, 1905 - The flat, smooth sand beach at Atlantic City, New Jersey, hosted several early automobile races. The Atlantic City Automobile Club organized the first competition there in 1905. This first-place trophy, for the one-mile race in the heavyweight cars division, went to Charles Bacharach and his 28-horsepower Packard. Bacharach covered the mile in 1 minute and 15 seconds.
