- Cimbalom - The cimbalom is a large concert dulcimer developed in Hungary about 1870. William Hallup played this cimbalom in Henry Ford's Old Time Orchestra for over twenty years. In 1924, as Ford was putting together an orchestra to play music for his old-fashioned dances, Henry Ford recruited Hallup, a Cleveland, Ohio, musician of Hungarian descent, to join the group.

Cimbalom
The cimbalom is a large concert dulcimer developed in Hungary about 1870. William Hallup played this cimbalom in Henry Ford's Old Time Orchestra for over twenty years.
