- Letter from Thomas H. McInnerney to Edsel Ford regarding the Invasion and Occupation of Poland, September 9, 1940 - Nazi Germany invaded Poland in September 1939, igniting World War II. One year later, National Dairy Products Corporation president Thomas H. McInnerney wrote to Edsel Ford, president of Ford Motor Company. McInnerney invited Ford to contribute money toward the purchase of items from Poland's pavilion at the 1939-40 New York World's Fair as a memorial to the Polish people.

- The House of Heinz, circa 1929 - The H.J. Heinz Company was founded from humble beginnings in 1869. By the turn of the century it had become a well-known manufacturer of processed food. Its rapid success resulted in the expansion of its operations at home and abroad. This booklet from 1929 provides an overview of the many branch factories and buildings operated by the company, referred to as "The House of Heinz."

- Guide Marie Hamilton in Henry Ford Museum with Officials of the Polish People's Republic, February 9, 1966 - The parents of Marie Hamilton (1922-1991) fled Russia, moving to Bulgaria, where Maria was born. The following year, the family moved to the US and settled in Detroit. Marie became a part-time guide at the Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village in 1952. Twelve years later, she worked full-time, conducting VIP tours for foreign dignitaries (she spoke fluent Russian) and supervising other guides.
