Even before Ford introduced its low-priced Model T in late 1908, the company emphasized affordability. This ad touts the hot-selling Models N, R, and S, none priced higher than $750. It also claims that the slow-selling Model K, priced at $2,800, "will do anything any $5,000 car will, and do it better."
