Dave Friedman has captured and preserved auto racing history through his photography. His work -- and his collection of works by other photographers -- documents key races, vehicles, drivers, and teams. While fewer top drivers attended the 12th Annual Bahamas Speed Weeks in 1965 than in previous years, recognizable names still topped the trophy races. New Zealander Bruce McLaren took home the Governor's Trophy.
