To prove that he had "nothing to hide" in his manufactured food products, Heinz invited visitors to tour his factory in Pittsburgh. One stop along the tour was to the on-site Heinz company museum. This display board, created and displayed at the original museum, showcases the history of one of their most popular items -- baked beans.
