By the 1920s, entrepreneurs could easily start their own business by purchasing a fully outfitted diner, mass produced in factories and shipped to order. This photograph album featured diners produced by the J.G. Brill Company, parent company of the Wason Manufacturing Company after 1908. It was used by company sales representatives.
