- Mark Donohue in Chevrolet Camaro at Laguna Seca Trans-Am Race, August 1969 - Mark Donohue first raced sports cars while attending Brown University, where he earned an engineering degree. Donohue signed on to Roger Penske's new team in 1966, and he earned victories at the 24 Hours of Daytona (1969) and the Indianapolis 500 (1972). Donohue joined Penske's Formula One effort in 1974. He died following a crash during F1 practice in Austria in 1975.

He started racing in 1960, and he earned a Trans-Am championship in 1967 and a class win at the 24 Hours of Daytona in 1969. Titus died following a crash during pre-race practice in 1970. He was inducted into the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America in 2010.

He started racing in 1960, and he earned a Trans-Am championship in 1967 and a class win at the 24 Hours of Daytona in 1969. Titus died following a crash during pre-race practice in 1970. He was inducted into the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America in 2010.

He drove the #15 Ford Mustang Boss 302. Jones received the Ken Miles Memorial Trophy. The prize was named in memory of British-born racing driver and engineer Ken Miles, who was killed in a crash in 1966 while testing a car for Ford's GT racing program.
