Leaded Gasoline Fuel Nozzle, 1992
Add to SetSummary
Leaded and unleaded gas are dispensed from differently sized fuel nozzles. Starting in the late 1970s, when unleaded fuel was being introduced, many car gas tank openings were retooled so that drivers couldn't fill up an unleaded car with (cheaper) leaded fuel. This nozzle was built by a leading fueling systems company.
