Artifact Overview

William B. Shenk graduated from the Art Center School in Los Angeles in 1962 and joined Ford Motor Company's design studio. His credits include the aero styling update to the 1987 Ford Mustang, and exterior design for the 1987 Mercury Cougar XR-7. These proposals show the second-generation Ford Torino. The mid-sized Torino was built from 1968 to 1976.
