United States Rubber promoted its "Royalex" material in this brochure from 1965. The vinyl and styrene plastic composite could be molded into any shape at almost any thickness, making it particularly versatile. While this brochure suggests several different applications, Royalex saw its most widespread use in the manufacture of canoe hulls.
