This Lapeer, Michigan, High School was built in 1875. The high school shared the building with the Lapeer County Normal School beginning in 1906--the Normal school occupied several rooms until 1946. After a new high school was built in 1923, the building became a school for lower grades. The building served the community for ninety years until it was torn down in 1965.
