This portrait by photographer Frank M. Goss of Waltham, Massachusetts, captured a boy seated in the parlor of his turn-of-the-twentieth-century home, with his parents posed more formally in the next room. Visible at top right, hanging on the parlor wall, is a photo of the ten-person Oriten bicycle built in 1896 by the Orient Bicycle Company of Waltham.
