Front of boiler is marked: L. SWEET / WELLSVILLE N.Y. Sides of the firebox are decorated with scrolls, leafage and fruit and in the center is a shield marked with an L superimposed over an S. Near the top of the sides is a raised and curved rectangle marked: THE IRON SLAVE. Rear of the boiler is marked: L. SWEET / WELLSVILLE N.Y.
