For the 1940 model year, Ford offered five-passenger station wagons in both Standard and DeLuxe trim. DeLuxe models featured chrome headlight bezels, fancier grillework, and special hubcaps. Both versions had V-8 engines, though the Standard's engine was rated at 60 horsepower while the DeLuxe boasted 85 horsepower. Standard wagons started at $875 with DeLuxe models priced $75 above that.
