Dan Gurney rides on the hood of the victorious Ford Mark IV at Le Mans in 1967. Gurney and co-driver A.J. Foyt (driving) took turns at the wheel during the 24-hour race. Gurney was a Le Mans veteran, while Foyt had never raced there before. Together they dominated the contest, beating the second place Ferrari by 32 miles.
