Firestone participated in auto racing almost from the company's founding in 1900. The first Indianapolis 500 winner crossed the finish line on Firestone tires in 1911 -- the start of a long relationship between Firestone and the Indy 500. This shirt belonged to George Gunlock, a Firestone tire engineer involved in Trans-Am racing.
