Lyn St. James competed in the Indianapolis 500 seven times from 1992 through 2000. In 2000 she drove the #90 Oldsmobile-powered Dallara for Dick Simon Racing. St. James qualified with a speed of 218.826 mph. Her race ended early when St. James got caught up in a crash in Turn 1 on lap 69.
