Bob Holbert and Dave MacDonald teamed up to drive the #14 Shelby Cobra Daytona Coupe at the 1964 Daytona Continental 2000-kilometer race. They started strong, leading for many laps, but a fire in the pits damaged the car and ended their race early. Pedro Rodriguez and Phil Hill won the overall victory in their #30 Ferrari GTO.
