B+ (Brian Cross) is an Irish-born, LA-based photographer and filmmaker. Since the 1990s, he has chronicled hip hop, rap, jazz, and reggae music scenes. A visual cartographer of sound culture, B+ captures moments of contemplation and inspiration within creative lives. In 2005, he photographed musicians J Dilla and Madlib digging for records in Brazil, shortly before J Dilla's untimely death.
