As seen in the internationally popular Hulu/FX television show Reservation Dogs, this map, called "Indian Country," shows a contemporary look at tribal nations and where they are located today. The artist, Bobby "Dues" Wilson (Sisseton-Wahpeton Dakota), highlighted tribal nations, traditional foods, housing, and notable Indigenous people such as former principal chief Wilma Mankiller (Cherokee) and artist Natalie Ball (Klamath/Modoc).
