01

Artifact Overview

George Lucas's Star Wars film series brought advances not only in special effects, but also in movie merchandising. Star Wars toys, games and models were enormous sellers. This kit by Model Products Corporation allowed builders to make their own scale plastic replica of R2-D2, one half of the droid duo featured in the movies.
