Cal Stewart, a vaudeville comedian known for his "country bumpkin" character Uncle Josh, provided humorous commentary on his rural community and the world outside his village of Pun'kin Center. In this monologue, Uncle Josh--who is unfamiliar with big city ways--goes to Delmonico's, a famous New York Restaurant. The food is so good, he believes he should be able to live there too!
