- Road America 500 USRRC Sports Car Race, Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, 1966--Item 471 - This 1966 Plymouth Barracuda took part in the Sports Car Club of America's 1966 Road America 500 at Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. While the Barracuda, based on Plymouth's compact Valiant platform, appeared in sports car races -- Dan Gurney and Swede Savage were notable Barracuda drivers -- it was better known for its success on drag strips.
