"Birds Eye View of the Centennial Buildings and Grounds," 1876

The Centennial International Exhibition of 1876 celebrated the 100th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. The fair, held in Philadelphia's Fairmount Park, covered 285 acres and contained 250 pavilions. It attracted around ten million visitors.
