With comprehensive advertising strategies, the H.J. Heinz Company became a household name by 1900. By this time, Heinz's "57 Varieties" of pickled foods, preserves, and condiments were also sold internationally. In this photograph from about 1910, crates of Heinz Pure Malt Vinegar are being hauled in a wagon by a camel in South Africa.
