This informal family portrait shows Harvey and Idabelle Firestone with three of their children: Russel, Harvey, and Elizabeth. The younger Harvey - seen here in uniform - served as a naval aviator in World War I. Later, he took over operations of the Firestone Tire and Rubber Company, which had been founded by his father in 1900.
