This group of beautifully sculpted, hand-painted / porcelain figures is being offered during a three-year period. / The 1998 set of ornaments, the "Holy Family," is also being / offered in 1999 and the year 2000. / New to the collection for 1999 are the Magi, the wise men / who follow the Star to Bethlehem. This ornament represents / Melchior, who kneels as he presents a treasure chest of gold / for the Christ Child. Balthasar, who brings a gift of frankincense, / and Caspar, who brings myrrh, are also available. The Magi will / be offered again in 2000. / The final addition to the Blessed Nativity Collection will be / the shepherds.
