Photographs of the H.J. Heinz Company provide a unique look at the manufacturing process. This photograph shows the Mustard Department where Heinz Mixed and Prepared Table Mustard was made. On tours, it was said to be the only place where visitors wept, as the mustard-grinding process brought tears to their eyes.
