The Henry Ford Partners with Plum Market to open Unique Plum Market Kitchen Experience in Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation Winter 2019
(Dearborn, Michigan - April 23, 2019) –The Henry Ford and Plum Market announced today a joint dining experience with a unique location to open in the winter of 2019 inside Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation. This collaboration marks the first time the Plum Market team has partnered with a cultural destination.
Plum Market Kitchen @ The Henry Ford will be fully integrated into the institution’s food services operations and will provide the cultural destination’s nearly 1.8 million visitors with health-conscious, all natural, organic, and locally-sourced options. The menu for this exclusive and one of a kind dining experience is developed to meet the unique needs of guests who visit The Henry Ford.
This new Plum Market Kitchen will also feature artisan baked goods from local bakehouses, outdoor seating during warmer seasons as well as a separate entrance from the museum to provide the local community with a casual dining destination.
